EU platform for online dispute resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution, which can be reached via the following link:

http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

Consumers have the option to use this platform since 15 February 2016 for out-of-court dispute resolution for contractual obligations under online sales contracts or online service contracts. The German legislator has decided against the VSBG against obliging entrepreneurs in principle to participate in the alternative dispute resolution. We are not a participating company.
